Invalid usages of the stationery card
The card was postally valid from 1/nov/33 to 30/sep/34. The usages after that date had to be taxed at 1,5 times the unpaid amount. Many times that didn't happen.

Card used after validy date, but managed to pass through the postal system untaxed.
